About Us

In 1956 our Dad, who grew up tinkering with radio, opened a television repair business. My older brother was almost four

years old, and I wouldn't be a twinkle in anyone's eye for five more years. As the business grew, Dad opened a TV sales and repair store. Mom put her nursing career

 on hold to handle the bookkeeping and customers. All of my years have been spent in and around the TV business.  After school I would salvage useable parts from old TV's, check and inventory used TV tubes, help install outdoor TV antennas, and sweep the floor.

 Later, I worked in sales and TV repair.

As color TV became widely available, hotels and motels had to upgrade from black and white TVs in order to remain competitive. Dad started a full service TV leasing business in which he provided the TV's, TV mounting, master antenna system, and a silent theft-alarm system of his own design. This is when the rugged quality and reliability of Lucasey TV mounting systems really became apparent. Many hotels/motels had previously installed TV mounts that had caused damage to the TV or wall or were unsatisfactory from a safety or security viewpoint. Lucasey TV mounts never failed. Since our reputation was on the line, we would only sell or install Lucasey TV Mounting Systems---that policy has never changed.

Although many things in the TV business have changed over the last fifty years, we can still count on the quality and reliability of Lucasey TV Mounting Systems. Lucasey Manufacturing Company, like us, is a family owned

business. We both know that the quality of our business
